Beatriz attended Iowa State University and completed her undergraduate degree at The University of St. Francis, with a Bachelor of Science in Biology, cum laude. She received her Doctor of Jurisprudence, cum laude, from The University of St. Thomas in Minneapolis, MN, where she was active with the Latino Law Student Association and was a research assistant for the Office of Diversity and Inclusion. After graduating from law school, Beatriz returned to The University of St. Thomas to work as a clinical attorney in the University of St. Thomas’ Legal Services Clinic, where she practiced immigration and civil rights law, and served as an Adjunct Professor, teaching and advising certified student attorneys in the Clinic. Prior to joining the Rock Hill, SC office of McMichael & Gray, P.C., Beatriz worked at real estate and estate planning law firms in Rock Hill, SC and Indian Land, SC. Beatriz is admitted to practice law in Minnesota and South Carolina, and represents clients with their real estate and estate planning legal needs.
