Complaint Policy

McMichael & Gray, PC takes consumer complaints very seriously. As a matter of policy, we record any and all consumer complaints. As circumstances warrant, we attach supporting documents to the complaint which provide additional information including communications, facts or specific details. We also have a single point of contact for consumer complaints and process for routing consumer complaints to appropriate personnel. Our compliance officer, Donna Fuller, is the single point of contact at McMichael & Gray for consumer complaints.

The nature of the complaint determines to which appropriate personnel the complaint is forwarded, if necessary. We maintain a log of consumer complaints that includes information on all consumer complaints and their status. To ensure all consumer complaints are handled appropriately, Company Management periodically reviews, dates and signs-off on the Consumer Complaint Log.
