As a builder, it is our team’s goal to cater to your needs. The closing of your home should be quick and easy for you and your team while at the same time, a pleasant experience for your customer, the home buyer.
Some Options at Closing Include:
You may attend closing. If you choose to attend the closing you will not wait in the reception room of the closing, but will be greeted by the team member assigned to your account. If this is the best method for you, we will send a settlement statement to you prior to closing, as well as all seller related closing documents, this will alleviate surprises at closing.
We will courier the documents to you. Prior to closing, we will prepare all of the documents for the closing and courier to your office, or via electronic mail for your signature. Your proceeds will be sent over night or by wire to you immediately after closing.
