Brian Carmony joined McMichael & Gray, P.C. in January 2014. Prior to joining the firm Brian was a partner at Andersen, Tate & Carr, P.C. where he managed the firm’s residential real estate practice (2001-2013). Brian began his legal career with Strickland & Chesnutt, LLC in Winder, Georgia. He applies his nineteen plus years of legal experience in managing McMichael & Gray’s Lawrenceville and Alpharetta offices. As a partner, Brian’s practice focuses in the area of real estate acquisition, construction, residential, and commercial.

Brian graduated from Berry College in 1993 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Political Science where he received the Chief Moore Award presented to the student who best exemplifies the work ethic and work quality of Berry College,and received his Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Georgia School of Law in 1996.

Brian is an active member of Bethlehem Church, Greater Atlanta Homebuilder’s Association, Real Property Law Section of the State Bar of Georgia, State Bar of Georgia, and Gwinnett County Bar Association. He formerly served on the board of directors of Hi Hope Service Center and the board of directors of Gwinnett County Habitat for Humanity. Brian is a graduate of Leadership Gwinnett, Class of 2012. Brian enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, playing golf, and traveling.
