Caroline Stern, an associate with the firm’s residential real estate practice, focuses her practice on title curative matters and residential closings. She is a native New Yorker and relocated to Georgia after graduating from Albany Law School of Union University.

Caroline has worked with various lenders, agents, buyers and sellers during her career closing both residential and REO transactions. In 2013, she joined a national title company where she put her title curative skills to use working on multi-state and multi-property projects and managing a title curative department with national clients.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, working in the garden and playing with her dogs.
