Mallory is a graduate of Florida State University where she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Interdisciplinary Social Sciences with concentrations in Political Science and History. While at Florida State University, Mallory was a member of the Marching Chiefs as a majorette. Upon graduation from Florida State University, Mallory moved to Birmingham, Alabama to attend Cumberland School of Law at Samford University. During her time in law school, Mallory was involved in the public interest organization, Women in Law, and became a trained mediator. Mallory spent her summers as a judicial law clerk, as well as a law clerk for the Birmingham Legal Aid organization with the Jefferson County Family Court’s juvenile and domestic relations divisions. Mallory also maintained a clerkship with a Birmingham, Alabama firm assisting with mass tort cases involving various medical devices and pharmaceutical companies. Upon graduation from law school, Mallory returned to Dothan, Alabama where she practiced at a civil litigation firm prior to joining McMichael and Gray.

In her spare time, Mallory enjoys spending time with family and watching Florida State football.

Mallory is licensed to practice law in the state of Alabama.
