Nathan Byerly is a partner in the Lawrenceville office of McMichael & Gray, P.C. and manages the Commercial and Construction Services Group and Litigation Group. After graduating from Mercer University School of Law in 2004 Nathan gained his title experience with residential and commercial closings. After the 2008 recession, he transitioned to a litigation practice and was partner in a large default services firm’s title litigation department where he led a team of seven other attorneys. He has also litigated title issues in the law group for the largest title insurance company in the country. Nathan was most recently corporate counsel for a consumer lending company with operations in 26 states. His current practice is focused on commercial transactions and title insurance.

Nathan received his Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2001. He is admitted to practice law in Georgia and Tennessee and is admitted to practice in front of the Georgia state appellate courts and in the Middle and Northern U.S. District Courts.
