Tommy received his Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Tulane University and his Law Degree from Mercer University Law School. He is admitted to the State Bar of Georgia. Tommy is an associate member of the Northeast Atlanta Metro Association of Realtors (NAMAR), the I-85 North Board of Realtors Association and the Gwinnett Women’s Council of Realtors. He has also been admitted to the Bar of the Court of Appeals of the State of Georgia and the Bar of the Supreme Court of Georgia
